So i recently came across this dude and he and are doing these art jam things where they give a topic and everyone tries to draw it.. well there was some awesome submissions so i thought i'd give it a go... like the buildings but not the pose... meh

Still it was real fun to just get a topic and go with it...

love the main character, and the litte hellicopter things they are awesome, not so keen on the uber blackness but it does work with the rest of the picture to really emphasise the robot guy! guess this is what has been occupying your many free hours recently!!!!!! x

I think the silhouettes of the buildings contrast the bright detail of the mecha superbly, giving a decent contrast. Also, the slanty angles of the choppers are great, it adds extra drama and realism to the piece: after all, helicopters can bank and roll to move, can they not?

This eerily reminds me of King Kong and Power Rangers combined. :XD: Plus that one building reminds me of overflowing.. beer? *closet-case alcoholic* :O Interesting topic to work with though! :clap: But yeah, the contrast between the mecha and helicopters with the buildings's a neat idea ^^ I'd do that, but been tied up with crap lately.. maaaaaaaaan *hides under a tree*
