Sparks... another of the X-Tards, his power is to create really cool looking electrical charges which lack the current to to light a 40w bulb.. but you know, he's trying his best!...
Sparks' is incredibly vain and believes himself to be god's gift, imagine he's looking in a mirror in this pic! Cookie to whomever guesses what the sock bit's about... i know most british'll get this, but i don't know how common a joke it is outside our little isle, might well be world known piss-take?

Sparks is weird cause he was originaly going to be caucasion (spelling?) in my head, but i like drawing dreads and the colour skin seemed to compliment the blue shock thingy! Also he took 3 attempts to colour and i'm still not completely happy, i'ma put linework in scraps if anyone wants to give it a go!

Comments appreciated, particularly ones on colouring and shading as drawing proportions (legs for example) seems to be a matter of practice but i could use some clues otherwise! Cheers

He's a conceited human.. lamp, right? :XD: I really like the electric effects though :drool: :drool: :D... Now that's one example of a Michael Jackson gone backwards--went from white to black, :XD:...

Lessee.. the character design and background story's pretty cool.. one of these days I wanna redraw them just cuz, :D... Coloring's getting better too... with lighting I guess have more lights casting over his face or where ever you think the spark-light hits..? Sorry, I'm lame at critiqueing ^^; But yeah, getting much better at this :clap:

hehe, that's a good sum up! And by all means you ar welcome to redraw them.. in fact Emperor Max demands it or.. or... the um... spam get's it!

And you're right.. i tried to add more.. but couldn't get it right.. he ended up looking unbalaced, but next time.. next time :shakefist:

I draw whenever I friggin feel like it so NYAH~ :XD:.. I kid.. I'll draw them whenever it comes to mind though, :D

Past mistakes help people learn though, gotta admit :D and lighting IS pretty tough to work with since you also gotta consider where shadows go ^^;
